Our Light Gauge Steel (LGS) frames are cold-formed from high-tensile G550 AZ150 0.75 and 0.95 steel to deliver dimensionally stable, termite-proof and non-combustible framing for both residential and commercial builds.
Each frame is manufactured from precise digital shop drawings, meaning wall panels, floor systems and roof trusses arrive ready to assemble with pre-punched service holes, swaged connections and consistent tolerances that timber simply can't match.
LGS framing is lightweight yet incredibly strong, won't warp, shrink, rot or twist over time, and is ideal for modular construction, extensions, mezzanines and full home frames where speed and accuracy on site matter.
Top-Hat Sections
Top-hat sections are versatile roll-formed battens that create a strong, straight fixing plane for roof sheeting, wall cladding and ceiling linings.
Their distinctive hat profile adds rigidity and provides a consistent cavity for insulation, ventilation and services, while the broad flanges make for fast, secure fastening to purlins, rafters or masonry.
We roll top-hats in a range of gauges and heights to suit everything from light domestic re-roofs through to heavy commercial cladding runs, all cut to your required lengths to minimise waste and handling on site.
C-Purlins -- 200mm to 350mm
Our C-section purlins are the structural backbone of sheds, warehouses, carports and industrial buildings, rolled from high-tensile galvanised steel in depths from 200mm right through to 350mm. Larger sections carry greater spans and loads, so you can match the profile to your exact engineering requirements. Every purlin is punched and cut to your schedule for fast, bolt-together assembly.
200mm C-Purlins
Ideal for smaller sheds, patios and lighter roof and wall framing where moderate spans are required.
250mm & 300mm C-Purlins
The workhorse sizes for commercial sheds, warehouses and farm buildings, balancing span capacity with economy.
350mm C-Purlins
Maximum depth for long-span roofs, heavy loadings and large industrial structures needing serious strength.
